MR labelling consulting service

After conducting MR safety and compatibility measurements, the object or implant can be labelled as being “MR Safe”, “MR Conditional” or “MR Unsafe”. An item can be labelled MR Safe if there are no known hazards resulting from exposure to any MR environment. An item is regarded as MR Unsafe if there are unacceptable risks to the patient, medical staff other persons within the MR environment. An object is regarded as MR Conditional if it is safe within the MR environment within defined conditions; at least the static magnetic field, pulsed gradient magnetic fields and RF fields should be defined.
